Parsvnath gets Noida plot for group housing

Real estate firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd said on Monday it had been allotted a 72-acre plot in Noida under a group housing scheme, for an undisclosed price. The company plans to invest Rs 1.75 billion over three years for developing that land, it said in a statement. Parsvnath shares were up 0.3 per cent at Rs 322.35 in a firm Mumbai market.
